After 3 years of recruiting, Kristie took her sales success to the medical industry where she gained 15 years of medical sales experience encompassing capital equipment, medical device, laboratory, pharmaceutical, management and national sales training. She quickly established herself as a top performer in the medical industry with several Fortune 500 companies including Eli Lilly and Becton Dickinson as well as smaller niche companies, such as AssureX and Progressive Medical. Kristie was a leader among her peers, successfully launched products, and pioneered national sales team expansions. Her unique combination of talent acquisition and medical sales expertise, coupled with her contagious energy and enthusiasm, brings an unparalleled level of value and insight to the recruitment process which ultimately fueled her vision to start her own talent acquisition and placement company. In 2010, Jason joined UpWind Solutions and quickly rose to General Manager of services and eventually Vice President of Services, helping the company quadruple in size and successfully supporting the sale of the company to Vestas Americas. Jason is currently Senior Director of Operations for Vestas-American Wind Technology. Throughout his operational career in renewables, he’s been heavily involved in the strategic recruitment and talent acquisition of wind energy professionals ranging from wind turbine technicians to executive management positions, averaging around 75 new hires per year. He is dedicated to supporting the business operations of B3Link.

Aware that personalization is often overlooked in the recruiting process, she knew she could create a business that would do it better. In 2017, after having her third baby, she stumbled to the coffee pot, and her vision took shape. Recruitment means more than pushing resumes; it means developing a deep understanding of people and their pursuits, and this would be the core of her business philosophy. But what would she call it? Sons Beckham, Bodhi, and Boone provided the inspiration, and B3Link was born. Kristie and her husband Jason, who serves as COO, reside in San Diego. They are passionate about family, staying grounded in their roots and true to themselves, and coffee — lots of coffee!
